Return & Refunds Policies

Returns of Electronic / Non Perishable Products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you have received wrong / damaged product(s), we can replace this with the exact same items. If it is returned unused and intact by providing proof of damage / defect. For the items received by Courier, Please email us within 24 hours of delivery if you want to apply for an exchange / return with relevant photo proof. Our customer care will contact you as soon as possible to facilitate with the process. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable) Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be returned. Electronic Items and Accessories can be returned within 24 hours only if pack has not been opened. Shipping Charges (if any) will not be included in refund amount and will deduct from the customer.

All Perishable Items like dry fruits, edible items, vegetables can not be returned

Return of Services

Services can be asked to stop after paying the applicable charges as per the service contract agreed with the customer. Typical time taken for return will be 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@boftware.co.in

Refund / Return of sold items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sold items can not be refunded if it has been used and shows sign of usage.

Refund of Services

Customer may choose to terminate the service by giving notice. No refund will be granted unless refund terms have been agreed with the customer.

In case of early termination of service refund will be granted after deduction of charges for minimum period of usage and GST amount.

Refund in Bank Account

Refund will be given strictly in the Bank Account only. Customer will have to provide Bank Accounts details for the refund.

Disputes and Legal Matters

All the disputes and legal issues will be subjected to Saharsa Court Jurisdiction
